Description
Vintage carved celluloid brooch (likely 1930s-1940s) consisting of a clear ribbed bow at the top connected by cord/wire to a clear oval drop pendant. Drop is decorated with applied rose-gold-tone metal beadwork in a scrolling pattern accented by five prong-set clear rhinestones. Pin-back hardware on reverse of the bow. Light yellowing of celluloid and oxidation around the prong settings consistent with age; one stone appears slightly loose. Collector category for vintage costume jewelry.
